We, Americans who are aware how dangerous the Obama Administration is, must find Minuteman Rapid Responses to this and other Anti-American Actions by Obama Politicians, Judges and Bureaucrats! The Media Left, OWS Zombies and The EPA, DOE and most of The Executive Powers can and do it everyday. How can Conservatives, Capitalist (Job Creators) and believers in American Exceptionalism learn from their tactics?

It may be too simple and certainly too late but...Congress (535 elected members) has failed miserably in not passing budgets recently! What makes anyone believe 12 elected members can or will do any better? Only one dissenting vote on either side and they fail again.
   This is not politics as usual; The Liberal Democrat (missing “ic” mine) Congress has not passed a budget since April 2009! We know why...if the TRUTH OF THEIR SPENDING were known they would not be re-elected.. Thanks Heritage for shining the light every day.

Rumor has it, and The 911 Report, that President Clinton's CIA had Ben Laden in their gun sights waiting for the President's command to shoot. Aw shucks, Clinton couldn't decide. 12 or 14 years later almost 3,000 die on 9/11/2001, 6000 or so American Soldiers have given their lives and many, many more have survived with injuries to body and soul!

Thank God for Leadership that won our Revolutionary War our Civil War, our Mexican - American War, WW1, WWII and The Cold War. The rest, as they say, is History...VERY, VERY,VERY BAD HISTORY!

$650 billion sales, world wide!

  Legend has it, Woz and Jobs created 3,152 Millionaires 14 Billionaires and saved uncounted billions of work hours for almost every professional. Architects, engineers, industrial designers, illustrators, artists found the Mac / Apple Computer and it’s graphic programs the best design tool since the rubber eraser! This innovation didn’t happen in France, Egypt, China or Brazil; it happened in The United States of America. 

For Steve Wozniak, Apple shareholders,  Apple users and fans, this One Mind created a level of Innovation, a level of Entrepreneurship and a level of Corporate performance and American Capitalism rarely matched…
Just One Mind and I have 312,362,200 living minds to go and some dead ones!

How soft are we, Barack?
The following is my response to a request from The Heritage Foundation Member's “stories of hard work and sacrifices... to make America great.”
President Barack Hussein Obama said“…the way I think about it is…aah…you know…tha…this …ah…ah…you know…ah..this is.. aah..a great…ah.. great country that..ah..had gotten a little soft…ah ..and we didn’t have that same competitive edge that we needed…ah…over the last…couple a decades we need to get back on track!”
It only took 21 pauses,(count’em, I did) 10 aahs, 2 you knows, 2 stutters and in 22 seconds BOH told us what he…aah…aa..thinks…ahh.. off..a..ah…America.

Over the last couple of decades , twenty years right?…In 1991, I founded a company, Golf Centers of America. Innovative high quality golf learning and practice centers; one of which was used to spring board the UNLV Golf Team to NCAA National Championship. Centers cost millions to build and employed hundreds. Entrepreneurs’ work hours and risks are beyond the understanding of bureaucrats and community organizers, 12 to 14 hour days, commuting to locations for 5 years and had not good friends and good business partners stepped up, I would have lost all! A merger that was violated from moment one, required two years and half my net worth in legal fees to collect.

My wife and I took the proceeds; bought a 40’ catamaran, earned our USCG Masters License and, over the next 4 years, taught more than 600 Boy Scouts of America how to love sailing.

   We re-settled in NE Florida in 2005; trade the boat for one house; used our good credit and 20% cash to buy another…at the peak of the (continuing) Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac fraud. We know the facts of that massive crime perpetrated by the Democrat Congress and Presidents Carter and Clinton.
   My wife, a marriage and family counselor, worked for $27.00/hour, 4 hours/day in a Grant program “Fresh Start” for women in need- divorced, widowed, recovering from other family trauma. The local campus “lost the funding” in December 2008, a time when the Obama/ Bush administration had funded $500 billion and then another $800billion of Tax Payers Money to fund Stimlas. The program still has a full administration staff but no teachers, no students!
   There’s much more, including my trading / money supply knowledge.
We are being betrayed by the Obama Administration.
   We must elect Conservative Leaders and Congress in 2012; if The Republic lasts till then!

    Thank God we live in the age of cell phone cameras, internet, You Tube! "A couple a decades” ago, Obama probably would have gotten away with this MOST UN-AMERICAN STATEMENT an AMERICAN PRESIDENT has ever made …IN PUBLIC.
   However , I am startled by the accuracy of those here who have agreed with him. Since LBJ we have softened our education expectations. High school graduates read at 8^th grade level . We have softened the requirements for taxpayer provided welfare, medicare, and food stamps, And if you think two years of unemployment doesn’t SOFTEN THE WILL TO BE EMPLOYED…I can’t help.
   What about our PC language and our SOFT SUPPORT of our military who are paid 50% less than bureaucrats for risking their lives , sometimes everyday!
   We are soft, but not the way Obama means it. We have been soft on Democrats, that became Liberals, that became Socialists, that became Marxists…and they are not the greatest threat to our Republic; THAT IS… “Bureaucratic Despotism that is more dangerous than socialism.” as Dr. Larry P. Arrn , President, Hillsdale College stated.

That famous large font,We the People, was no gimmick or mistake, it established the first Sovereignty of Individuals!
It meant The King is not the Sovereign, nor the Queen, nor the State, nor the President, no! We the People are the Sovereign.

How can anyone ignore the correlation between President Obama’s Labor Day speech introduced by Teamster Union President James Hoffa’s violent command “ take these sons of bitches out” and 500 or more Longshoreman Union thugs, according to Associated Press:
“stormed the Port of Longview early Thursday, overpowered and held security guards, damaged railroad car, and dumped grain that is the center of a labor dispute, said Longview Police Chief Jim Duscha. ….No one was hurt and nobody was arrested.”
“…The blockade appeared to defy a federal restraining order issued last week against the union after it was accused of assaults and death threats.” Please click and read the AP story. One week before this incident , a Federal Judge Ronald Leighton issued an injunction against the Union’s tactics. “The regard for the law is absent here; somebody is going to be hurt seriously.” he said. How about the property of the railroad and grain company…“hurt seriously” by these thugs? Amendment V of our Constitution puts “…life, liberty or property” in the very same sentence, right next to each other!  I have been looking for “bargaining rights” in our Constitution. They ain’t there. Do not forget the SEIU attack on Tea Party Coalition member, Kenneth Gladney, at Congressman Carnahan’s (D-MO) Town Hall meeting 08/2009. Listen carefully to the YouTube from St. Louis Post- Dispatch; at about :55 seconds you will hear:

2. These THUGS SHOW UP CEO's home ( in buses) and
3.When most of President Obama's $700 Billion Stimulus went to State and Federal Employee's, all union workers. and
4. State and Local Union workers' dues are collected by payroll deductions. and
5. More than 70% of UNION POLITICAL CONTRIBUTIONS went to OBAMA and DEMOCRATS!...
AND THEY (Obama, democrats, unions) AREN'T HAPPY

   Two Hundred Thirty Five Years Later!
    Our Country may be more in danger than anytime since before The Civil War. However bad it was then, we survived as a Nation and became stronger. I believe we will meet the Challenges of the Obama Administration, the Major Media Bias and A Federal Government Bureaucracy  expanding more rapidly than any time in history.

The Trilogy of Capitalism...
    Property Rights - Ask the GM and Chrysler Bond Holders, the huge farming community in Inland Empire California or the oil and gas producers Nationwide. All these have been directly attacked and Lost Huge Taxable Income and Assets.

    Free Enterprise- Obamcare and the severe uncertainty of regulations has almost killed job creation by capitalists and entrepreneurs. A two year tax structure (Bush's Tax cut extension) can not be used by any business planning experts!

    Rule of Law- Czars, EPA, ICE, US Treasury Dept, Holder's Justice Dept. all are selectively enforcing laws ...blatantly! Please look at my June 7, 2011 Alert. 
    Capitalism is under attack by the Obama Administration. Many believe, including me, More Capital is Dormant / not working, than at any time or place! There could be as much as Three Trillion Dollars in Private Money out there ready to jump back in to Create Jobs and Expand Our Economy.

   The Environmental Protection Agency just issued (not passed- that would refer to a law) "Clean Coal" Regulations that energy  industry analysts say will cost the sector (and therefore the consumer, You and Me) One Hundred Eighty  Billion  Dollar,yes,$180,000,000,000.00. (not confirmed) 
    In October 2008, before the National Election,Senator Barack Hussein Obama stated in San Francisco interview; ...under my Cap and Trade program, energy prices will necessarily skyrocket." Even his Democratic Congress said NO to his Cap and Trade Legislation! The EPA is part of the Executive Branch; President Obama has again violated The Constitution of the United States.
Regulations are NOT Laws! Regulators are NOT Legislators!
   Dr. Larry P. Arnn, President of Hillsdale College wrote "...so that we can STOP America's slide into bigger government and bureaucratic despotism (which is even more dangerous than socialism)." ; emphasis mine.  Dr. Arnn's words -not two weeks ago- is a frighteningly accurate statement.

  With much of the Middle East in political and economic turmoil; the European Economies suffering continued struggles with their Socialist Policies and the U.S. Economy-high unemployment 10%+, high (real) inflation more than 10% and a federal government unable to cut  pending by less than 1/10%, yes 0,000,000,000,000.100%... Come on Congress; we voted you in; we can vote you out!

Many of us believe that Innovation is one of the cornerstones of American Capitalism and Innovation is thriving in a small Mojave Desert company, Scale Composites Inc.; founded and driven by an American Genius Burt Rutan.    Obama went to Brazil last week and committed American Tax Dollars to Petrobras to finance drilling and an off-shore oil storage facility; while American Oil and American Oil Companies are still under Obama's Illegal Moratorium.
   I guess we, U.S.A., have enough prosperity for a while. This is not a joke any more; our Commander and Chief is giving away one of our most important assets, our energy independence to a country (Brazil) that just elected a Marxist President...look it up.

      When I began this site 7 months ago- August 2010 prior to November elections and the many political victories for Conservative and Tea Party candidates- it was intended to be mild, educational, inspirational recognition of Capitalism and Free Enterprise's contribution to the Free World, a kind of personal thank you to those that made it, Capitalism, possible.
                          But The Assault on Capitalism has expanded to a War on Capitalism.
    
Here are some of the latest attacks:

    1. The Obama Administration is in Contempt of two Federal Courts' rulings:
         a. Federal Judge in Louisiana ruled against President Obama's Moratorium on oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico.

         b. Federal Judge in Florida ruled "ObamaCare" UNCONSTITUTIONAL in it's entirety.
         
     2. A New York State Judge ruled in favor of Taxing on Residence Property in New York State as Primary Residence.

    3. An Anti-Capitalism Coalition is growing.

         a. "The demanding liberal capitalism and transformational corporations have caused the suffering of  countless  women, men and children in so many countries."
